Bloodborne Pathogens Certification – Cathy Montie Body Art Training
Friday August 20th at Noon – $40.00

Cathy Montie Body Art Training Group will be hosting a Bloodborne Pathogens Training Classes designed to provide a basic understanding of bloodborne pathogens, common modes of their transmission, methods of prevention, and other pertinent information for body art practitioners. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. The classes are updated as needed and comply with the current guideline for bloodborne pathogen training under Cal/OSHA Title 8, Section 5193, and Federal OSHA 29CFR 1910.1030.

By completing this class, you will:

* Fulfill CAL/OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Training requirements.
* Learn about bloodborne pathogens so you can protect your clients and yourself.
* Become familiar with the elements of an Exposure Control Plan for body art shops.

This seminar is a requirement to work at Tattoo Hollywood if you do not have a current BBP certification, as that is a requirement to register in LA County. Artists/Shops who are not working at the convention ARE WELCOME to attend this seminar. Please contact us to notify us if you plan to attend.
