Booth Registration

Booth Registration is currently open.

Please complete the forms in FULL and submit them for review with your payment. Every artist working the event must be previously approved which means that each artist needs to have their section of the form filled out properly including links to their portfolios. Your booth will not be guaranteed until we have received payment.  You can send check, money order or credit card information to:

If your booth is accepted, your payment will be processed. If we are unable to accept your booth request, your payment will not be processed. If you paid with a money order, it will be returned to you. You will be notified either way via email. Please make sure to add TattooHollywood@gmail.com to your address books.

We also plan on having an automated booth management system in place in a few weeks. You will be able to have all of your information stored online so that you can manage your application, your health department forms, your BBP card and your Hep C Declination letters all in one place. We will email everyone when that goes live.

TATTOO BOOTH
Tattoo Booths are 8′x10′ and include three (3) wristbands, two for tattooers and one for a booth manager. Due to health department regulations only two (2) artists may be working in the booth at one time. Additional weekend passes are available for $40. Booths can be made larger by purchasing additional booths. Corner booths are also available as well. Each additional booth provides two (2) additional tattoo artist spaces and one (1) additional weekend pass. Additional artist information MUST be submitted and each artist must be approved to work at the convention.

Booths are given out on a first come first served basis, ONLY after approval. We are very selective about who tattoos at our show but once you have been approved, the booth must be paid in full to be guaranteed your booth assignment. Please download your tattoo booth application here.

Only the names of those listed on the registration will be able to pick up booth credentials. We will verify ID’s and keep a log of who picked up each booths credentials so please make sure that whoever is going to pick up your booths credentials is listed on the application.

VENDOR BOOTH
Vendor booths are extremely limited, we generally only allow 10 vendors total. Your vendor booth must be approved before your payment will be processed and your booth assigned. Vendor booths are 8′x10′ and include 3 wristbands. Vendor booths may be enlarged by purchasing additional booths. Each additional booth comes with 3 additional wristbands. Any additional wristbands above the amount that come with the booth are $40.00 for the weekend.
